Change values and prop's on Armour and such

Hello; would anyone be so kindly and make a guide or tutorial of "how to change or re-make armor stats ".
I'm Aiming for to be able to change armors DT and other stats, like re-make sheriff dustern so it gives a slight boost in AP and +1 Agi instead of charisma.

That guy really had some usefull Turtorials, but no one that covers what I needed to learn, and as for the bethesta site I have never learn anything of their "guides". Thanks anyways that you gave an effort to answer :)

You should go through several of Sedden's tutorials no matter what you are trying to do. Because what you did not pick up was that the most important thing I told was the first line.

 

You need to learn the GECK, first. It does not matter what you do to learn the GECK as it is just a learning experience. To put it in game terms. If you want to learn to beatup Ghouls it makes no difference who your sparring partner is, all that matters is learning to fight.
