Anyone know a mod which -just- adds two perks per level, or how I'd make it myself? Is there a GMST I can edit in the CK or maybe an ini tweak? I don't actually want to make the game easier, but I play exclusive permadeath characters on master and need some early game flexibility if I ever hope to make a decent character.
