MMMF3 Random Crashes

Hey all. I have to say first that I love all the mods that are flying around in this community. You guys definitely make it worth it to buy this game for PC. Anywho, I love MMMF3 as I also have the Oblivion counterpart. Maybe you guys can help me out a bit. I have very few mods running, mainly FOOK and MMMF3. I'll post my load order. It seems when I wandered through the wasteland, I am prone to random crashes. My computer is well beyond the level for running this game. My specs are:

 

Intel Core 2 Extreme 3.2 GHZ (Quad Core)

4 GB of Corsair RAM

Nvidia GTX 280 1 GB vid card

Sound Blaster FX Fatal1ty Championship series

OS: Windows XP SP3

I have no hitches running the game on High Quality.

 

 

Ok now back to the issue at hand. First severe unavoidable CTD was near Smith Casey's garage when I was doing the main quest. I had to disable MMMF3,FOOK I left on, and do the small 50s town part. I haven't turned it back on yet because I thought maybe you guys could help me out with my load order.

Apart from that, fallout is really bitchy about background running proceses and toys and antivirus and UAC and crap. It also doesn't like codec packs, so you ought to add it as an exception on them (google for your codec pack of choice to learn to do that).

So, add it as an exception to your codec pack, turn off uac, and kill all those crappy stuff running in the background.

 

Also, if you're using patch 1.5, roll back to 1.0,0,15 + fakepatch. Beth really screwed it with 1.5.

I reinstalled Fallout3 and upgraded to the prescribed less buggy version. I'm still getting some crashing, this time around the Jefferson Memorial when I am travelling with "Dad" for Project Purity. Is my load order alright?

Also I tried downgrading from Increased Increased Spawns just to increased spawns. Still CTD when I Fast Travelled to the Jefferson Memorial. Also crashes when I walk there. I waited four days when I switched the ESPs to let the respawns happen.

 

Edit: Ok, I became a little annoyed and began removing all the ESPs except the ones that it needs to run and it's still crashing at the Jefferson memorial which leads me to believe that this is not a MMMF3 problem. If anyone can provide any insight, here is my most recent load order.

I actually added Fallout 3 to the exception list and that didn't fix it. So I went so far as to uninstall it. I did some research as it's now crashing by the Jefferson Memorial specifically. No matter what's loaded. I think it's just that infamous glitch but I just can't get around it. I was thinking of using, if they have it implemented, the set stage command to advance the quest. Not sure if that'll have a negative effect though as I'm at a very crucial part in the game... Anymore insight would be great. Thanks.

try to ~tai before reaching there. If it doesn't crash, then it's something in the ai going funny.

Head to each npc in this tai state, select it on console, and type:

disable

enable

to reset their personal ai. repeat this with the whole bunch, head back, and ~tai. See if it still crashes.
