Looking for a Magicka mod

I was wondering if there was a mod out there (Compatible with Skyre because I can't live without it) that allows you to store Magicka in gems/jewelry like in the Inheritance saga. (Eragon - Inheritance) If anyone knows if there's a mod like that out already, I'd be grateful if you could link me, and if there isn't. Someone should get to work ;D

I don't know of a mod which allows you to store it in gems, but I made a mod which allows you to store it. It's not up yet because I want to test it more to make sure it won't break anything. But it allows for storing magicka, stamina, and health. It won't do just magicka, though. It also allows you to make potions which do the same thing and convert normal potions into the new kind. I don't know if that part will be compatible, but it at least shouldn't cause any problems. You could use it just for magicka if you wanted. I'll look into it a bit more tonight and upload it if nothing goes wrong. I originally wanted it stored in gems like in that series (it was my inspiration), but that didn't work out very well because of technical reasons. Now it's just stored in an invisible aura around the player. Unfortunately, that's just an explanation so it makes sense in game. It doesn't mean there's an actual glow or anything. :(

I tried all of those. However, I've learned quite a bit since I first made the mod (I originally made it months ago, but I lost the files so I remade it a few days ago). With that in mind, I might be able to make it work with gems and jewelry. However, they'll have to be special gems and jewelry. Normal ones wouldn't work. That's because I'd have to attach a script to them, and if I attach it in-game so it can be on any gem, then I think that script will be lost when it enters the inventory (which would obviously be very, very bad).

Well, we don't have belts, although I suppose I could attach it to the tail slot. But that'd require new meshes which is something I don't do. The ring, however, could probably work. I wanted them to be non-unique, so I didn't bother trying it. If there's only one item like that, then modifying my script to only work if it's equipped would be a trivial matter. When I get the mod posted, I'll make sure to include an optional file for that.
