Mod items stuck in inventory, tried removing them via console...didn&#

There are several items in my inventory from mods that are stuck. They remain even after I've deactivated their respective mods. The items are:

Keychain

Wonderus Inventory

and a few others, theres also a stuck ability from a mod that won't go away even after removing the mod.

I didn't do anything to make them duplicate, they just did. I have no save to revert back to that didn't have them because I delete saves older then a day. I can't post the save game file because it's too large, but I could upload it to Nexus if someone thinks they can fix this.

Try pulling the respective files out of the menu folder(s).

Better, pull all files relating to the mod if you are not going touse it again.

Your game really doesn't need files it no longer uses gluing up the works.

Deactivating does not always clear the whole mod.

Some bits may still act as replacers, and will not require an esp to do this.

I plan on using the Keychain and the Wonderus Inventory still. I've all ready removed all files pertaining to mods I no longer use (Like the one with the stuck ability "Ghostly Powers" from "The Order of the Cloud Knights" mod, which didn't remove the ability). There are also base game items that have been duplicated that won't go away. (Sanctuary Well Key from the DB, and a key from Shivering Isles from the quest where you have to kill someone in Dementia because he didn't want to become a ghost on the Hill of Suicides) and Mage Tallow Candles from Frostcrag Spire are also stuck. Each of these items either has two stacks of 4 each (Candles) or 2 stacks of 2 each (everything else).

Also, it states in the mod description that only the Wonderus Inventory item requires OBSE (which I can't use, so I just unmarked it as a quest item and threw it in storage, but the quest-item status remained for the others, same goes with the other items.)
