wondering if someone can make a mod pack with a face preset of rebecca (everyone's fav character xD) and if possible make an outfit and make weapon skins that are rebecca's style

i have found a mod for cyberpunk 2077 that adds her outfit to that game. if someone could "port" the mod to fo4 id be gratefull
