Custom clothing/armor texture issues

I've played fallout 3 and enjoyed its mods in the past, just reinstalled it (same system that played it flawlessly before) and now whenever i install a custom armor or clothing (only things I've tried so far) the textures are all messed up and every time i turn my character it changes to another random texture.

 

I did update to 1.5 if that has anything to do with it.

First, what body replacer you use? And, did you check what body replacer is required for the custom clothing/armor mods?

I haven't even downloaded a body replacer yet. I just downloaded a gas mask mod, and some trench coat mods. All of which have the same texture bug
