Enchanting- you get exact enchantment you learn

Does anyone know if there is a mod that lets you get the exact enchantment you get from an item you destroy. e.g, If I find gloves that add 40 to archery and destroy it to learn the enchantment, thats exactly what I get.

This would not work well, what if you disenchant item with really small enchantment? Then you would have this low enchantment for the rest of your game, just train enchanting and alchemy so you can make 'fortify enchanting' potions and with high enchanting skill you would get, just check it out http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Forum:Skyrim:Alchemy/Enchanting_Loop

 

but i do not recommend doing this to much because it's making game too easy when you can kill any dragon with one arrow on Legendary difficulty
