The logos will play, which cant be skipped either now, and then it goes black right before it would get to main menu. Ive unstalled and reinstalled and it works fine but it disables all mods, and when i redeploy them all it goes back to black screen non skip intro. please advise Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
HeroUnlimited777 Posted October 13, 2022 Share Posted October 13, 2022 Had this same problem. You need to delete the TOC.bak file. If you don’t know how to, open steam. Right click spider man remastered, go to properties, go to local files, go to browse, click on asset_archive and find toc in BAK file type, NOT the regular file format. I’d advice having a back up file of the the toc bak file, meaning copying and pasting toc bak in a new folder in case you may need it in the future.(maybe not needed but just in case if anything happens) If that doesn’t work, you may need to also delete the mods and reinstall as well. Go to mods in the asset_archive folder(I’m assuming you have done it this way, if not, you have to find the mods folder for spider man remastered) and delete all the mods. Then just install them again using the SMPCTool. I installed my first mod yesterday so I’m very new but this should help.
