Accessories to make your character look more rugged / ragtag

Would it be possible for someone to create an accessories mod for xbox, to make your character look a bit more rugged or ragtag.

 

I was thinking of things like rambo style headbands, or bandanas that cover your whole head, like In the attached image. Maybe some shemaghs, things that you can wear along with the military or army fatigues, to look more like a ragtag grunt, rather than clean cut soldier, or with normal clothes to look more rugged.

 

Also some sunglasses would be great, as the selection on bethesda is woefully slim, and some backpacks for the same reason,
