Rockdude3
I have a very bad problem... Again... Everytime I duplicate something, then go to move it, it does a weird thing where it jumps down (Or up) about 64 places but moves in the direction I move it. It seems every item I try it just does the same thing. Here is an example of what it ends up like:http://img19.imageshack.us/img19/142/geckissue.jpg If anyone else has had this issue and resolved I'd ask for any help possible> PS: Not sure if this topic is in the right place. Are you moving items with Snap to Grid on and off? if so the jumping is due to the last referenced snap to grid point. It's not good to on/off this when dealing with kit pieces usually for teh kits 64 is used then as you get into smaller things you lower the setting to like 32, cluttering is about one of the only things you should diasable snap to grid for, theres a option called something like link to reference point that will bring your pieces back inline where they should go. Try that also. PS usuall the very first piece you set is what generally the rest of your pieces link to so once you have snap to grip on, if all possible keep it on till your finished, Good Luck CJ
Geonox
From my own experiance with the geck I noticed that it isn't very fond of duplicating items. When you duplicate for example a race it automaticaly changes a lot of npc's. Also sometimes when I duplicate an object the object won't show up ingame. THe best way is just to create a new object/recreate the object :)

Rockdude3
I found a solution. It seems you can just set the "Select Snap Reference" to any other piece, duplicate it and then it should move properly. However, every now and again it resets the "Snap Reference" to " " which causes it to do what it does. I've now finished the layout with little issues, so thankyou :)
