BoredErica Posted November 14, 2013 Share Posted November 14, 2013 Hey guys, What do you think is the best hunger/thirst/sleep/realism mod out there? Preferably is recently updated. I am doing a run with Frostfall set at hardcore, Legendary difficulty, no crosshairs/fast travel/maps/compass and I was wondering if I should add sleep/thirst/hunger to the mix. myztikrice Posted November 14, 2013 Share Posted November 14, 2013 Imps More Complex Needs and Diseases is certainly the most robust and technical food/sleep mod out there. I don't know how hardcore you want to go. Also there's a mod on a site called lovers lab called private needs that forces you to pay attention to toiletries.
