Installing broken Steel

I re-installed my game twice and tried the latest patch only no other patch, the game launched fine after install it, but after getting to megaton and trying to get in, a black screen would only show up and stayed forever!..

 

So the second time I unistalled everything, and tried patch Fallout3_v1.4.0.6_US_English instead, I let it install, it launched my game well installing, so I left it alone and went to bed for a few hours, when I woke up there was a partial black screen in the top left hand corner of my monitor and the patch launch in the meddle, I clicked on task manager and it said the patch was not responding, however I did end all task's, and made sure bInvalidateOlderFiles=1 was entered into My Documents\My Games\Fallout 3\Fallout.ini file, it was, then I checked the load order of all my esm and dlc's, they where all over the place in Fomm, so I organized my downloads with Fomm, I think the pitt was still near the bottom so I went into 'my computer Local Disk(c:] Documents and Settings username Local Settings Application Data Fallout3 plugins ini or word document and I manually edited the load order as follows

I then launched the game, started a new one at easiest level for now and after escaping vault 101 I went straight to megaton, and managed to get in and do eveything in there with no problem's, I've just left megaton and I can either do superduper mart for the survival guide or head to GNR!..

 

I left out all custom Race mods for now and I'm using Vanilla races only!..

 

I don't think I'll try the latest patch, since the last two attempt's to use it failed, I'll stick with Fallout3_v1.4.0.6_US_English and hope it patched my game, despite it saying in task manager that it wasn't responding!..

 

I use Games for Windows LIVE Disabler as well and turned it on!..
