The warning was given for the following reason: Uploading copyright music Equilibrium-Himmelsrand. When asked if had permission, uploader indicated that it was free to use as it was on YouTube.This is incorrect. This was not put on YouTube by the copyright owner. Also the rules of this site state that you must have permission to use copyright content. Since this is not as straight forward an issue as typical, I am issuing a formal warning of a 30 day ban. Everything including mod downloading will be inaccessible for 30 days.
