Graphical Glitches

Hello,

 

I have noticed in this game that sometimes there are graphical glitches - flickering white and black spots that appear on textures.

 

Deleting my 'data' meshes and textures folders and only installing NCM texture pack, WRP weapon retexture mod and NV redesigned 2 eliminated some of this, but it still remains, especially on characters.

 

Geforce 470 (latest drivers)

 

What could be causing this? Anybody else have the same problem?
