purple eyes (no texture?) - lings

so first of all, sorry if i might use wrong gramar or some words which aren't spelled correct. i'm not an english native, also i'm a bit sleepy writing this.

i got a problem with lings hair and eye mod.

usually, i could use lings without any problem, having all eye mods and hair mod included.

after installing it hair looks fine, eyes look fine.

i started using GECK, morphing some faces, but always denied saving them.

later, i started NV again, seeing that almost all of the eyes are shown purple/pink?

also the normal eyes (if no mod used) are working perfectly fine. modded eyes from lings, like "smalleyeamber" (just to give an example) are NOT working anymore.only 2 out of many modded eyes are shown normally. ghouls eyes and raiders eyes.

what happend? i checked GECK again, looking for faces i saved, but as i know, and also finding out, i didn't save any changes.

also, i didn't delete anything in my data, nor did i change places of the files

 

can anybody please tell me what to do?

That's very odd, Lings is an ESM and the GECK shouldn't be able to edit it. Did you save any of your changes as a separate ESP or save over a Lings reliant ESP? if so try disabling that ESP. I'd also reinstall Lings.

jim: no, i didn't. sometimes i try changing faces, but i always deny saving them. when i try to, i would double one of the races, try, and deny. when i reopen GECK, the doubled race isn't saved, just as i want it. i never had problems like that before, so i am really driving crazy over here. i hoped i would not have to reinstall it, but i guess there is no way out, right?

Sorry for the late reply, my notifications don't work and neither does my memory. Reinstalling lings shouldn't take a minute and would rule out any issue with that, I would also open FNVEdit and check to see if there is a conflict with Lings, that may lead you to the culprit.

yup, found the problem, i unpacked lings and put the esm and everything into my data, but i forgot to move the textures and mashes, bwahah..blame me Q_Q
