Yes I'm aware that there already disguises in the game and yes i'm aware that they work BUT if you have a low enough rep with that faction then watch dogs and certain members will be able to sniff you out and tell if your a fake. What I want is a disguise mod that improves this to where your reputation doesn't matter and you will only be noticed if you get to close to the watch dogs or higher ups or if you hang around in the area for to long (if you have a bad enough rep they will spot you on sight and know immediately I found this unrealistic since i was like yards away from them so they couldn't see my face.)
