What about a dragon priest sword that is simular to the Dragon Priest Dagger in style and color to go with all this new gear?

 

I have a sword and staff set planned for a future update, but adding the DP daggers to the forge is a good idea.

A dragon priest sword and staff set would be great, especially if a select few were unique to some of the high dragon priests with special enchantments to boot.

 

Bummed that my request for the pauldrons got beaten though.

There is a couple of screenshots where the dragon priest has a dragonpriest dagger in one hand and a dragonpriest staff in the other. I wouldn't worry about a sword to be honest, people can just forge dragonbone sword which goes great with these armors.

The dragon priest dagger and staff is all I would do and it is the probably the most lore friendly after thinking about it.

I second this! A sword and staff set would be sweet. I'm very interested to see what mesh your going to use for both the sword and staff. Also maybe an optional staff craft bench from DB added to the forge so that you can create generic dragon priest staffs. ( just an idea ) Anyway, if this post does nothing else than give a well deserved bump... ...here ya go!

my 2 cents: eliminate the scrolls, make pauldrons a visual option only, and please not another "my stuff is so awesome it needs all daedric stats"-mod... a tier below :)

The update is taking a little longer than expected, partly because I made two more sets for the DB Add-On....

 

Heart Stone (heavy) & Stalhrim (light)

 

I have done some rigorous beta testing (since I'm adding a new dungeon) and things are working very nicely.

Looking forward to seeing all this in action - I love your existing mods and creating a new dungeon for the crafting of these is a phenomenal idea. Can't wait!
