SSE Remove charging from skyrim - existing mods fail - SE AE Edition

Oblivion had no charging and it was fun to use magic, one click fire. I get to GOG Skyrim AE. Now, most staffs and spells are worthless. I'm constantly getting killed by this lame function. It is throws off my combat timing.

 

I just skip the spells or pawn any staffs that aren't one-click fire. Shouts are handy, one-click fire with recharge delay. Constant fire with element magic works well.

 

I found three mods they do some but not all objects, small delay, and/or or simple to use:

The unofficial mods patch should make it simple, one-click turn off in the configure menu turns on one-click fire in the whole game. Another coder could do this with a separate mod.

 

This is spoiling the skyrim experience... :sad:

I have 30+ scrolls and i've used only 3 times. That how worthless scrolls are now. ARG!

 

Repeating this pattern again and again:

Try to use scroll and get killed waiting for it to take effect.

Try to cast summon monster and get killed waiting for it to take effect

etc...

Speed casting SKSE does work, I use it for instant cast spells, did you open the json file with notepad and change the SpeedCastingFactor from 0.5 to 0.0? If you didn't that's why there's a slight delay. :)

Nope, '0' is not instant casting, 0.1 or 0.01 or 0.001 none. There is minimum cast time for that mod.

This mod with patch gives error 43, skyrim LE mod.

Still cast time.
