Low download speeds on vortex and website

Hi so when i download files manually i seem to have a problem with larger file (download speed stuck at 500Kb/s) but on vortex all the files no matter their size download at around 1Mb/s and sometime fall at 0Kb/s. (i am a premium user). thx for help.

yes i changed it to Paris and it didnt resolve my problems.

I don't think the "Paris" option actually works anymore (the server now just points to the Premium CDN), try changing it to Amsterdam.
