How to silence weapons

How do I easily silence any weapon? I don't want to download alot of stuff. I have NifScope atm

How do you mean? Do you want to simply silence the weapon with no extra work actually adding silencer meshes to the weapons? This is easy and literally just takes a simple dropdown option change in the weapon you want to modify. If you want to actually add a silencer to the model as well though, I'd imagine you'll need to get Blender (or another modelling program) and modify it yourself, then get that into nifskope and set it up. For the first option, just open GECK, open the weapon you want, open the second tab of the form (Art and Sound) and change the Detection Sound Level to Silent.

As for the modifying models part, while I am a modeller I've never messed with getting stuff back into the game after editing it, so someone else will have to help there.

wanted the mesh to :P I check it out. But is there a guide for NifScope? Don't understand so much with Nifscope :S

Don't know about nifskope.. but you can silence any weapon you want using the GECK. you find the weapon your looking for in the filter,click edit,then art and sound. then where it says "attack sound" and "attack sound 2d" you just choose the option "none".. then you select the sound detection option and put it at silent. this way you not only get no sound,but nothing will bother coming after you. it will be a silenced weapon in trueform.
