Scyris Posted May 11, 2009 Share Posted May 11, 2009 It seems to be working because shortly after I started I got a notice saying my level cap is now 30, and I also had something odd happen, I was running to tenpenny tower, and in the story I am on the part to go to rivet city, and all of a sudden I had 3 enclave guys chasing me down in adv power armor.
