Glowing Glass that changes with time

Afaik, you can set pretty much all glasses to have an external emittance. Select your object and go to the Reference window->Emittance, there under the Exterior Light you choose what kind of emittance it's supposed to be. The standard case for what you want would be FXLightRegionSunlightWhite, which was used by Bethesda most of the time. You can play around with those options as well to get other effects like streetlights that automatically turn on at night by using "invertDayNight".

P.S: Don't forget to turn the sky and FX on when testing your setup.

Both. Well it doesn't matter as I've made my own windows that only glow a little bit. But yeah I couldn't find proper daylight windows in the game that do not glow at night

Afaik, the glow (& color) is set inside the material file applied to the glass mesh. Which has only 1 setting.

Might be possible to manipulate it with script (I don't know) otherwise you would probably need to swap the material file somehow (by script i reckon)

Unless 84Cronos'comment does the trick (but I'm not familiar enough with that stuff to say anything about it)
