greekrage
Im a bit confused about this issue and not sure what to adjust or disable to stop this from happening... The parts on this nif are identical and are using identical material files... Obviously this happens as i move around the object and texture shading goes from on side to the other... Is there something i can disable or adjust so that textures stay the same at any angle ? Note this is the animated draw bridge by Pepperman and the two pieces are either side of the bridge... DieFeM
That looks a lot like a vertex color issue. Try disabling the vertex color flag in the mesh if it is set.

greekrage
I think i know the issue... Been using a certain site to create certain maps online.... and im thinking that it isnt doing a good job... http://cpetry.github.io/NormalMap-Online/ I simply export my diffuse map as png from Gimp and run it through this online app and take the result and open it in gimp and export as xxxxx_s.dds Does paint.net have an option for specular maps ? I havent used it yet...
