EVERYTIME I make a int.cell it freezes the game when I go out side, not at once, but when I get close to a object like a lootable desk or a activater THEN it freezes :S

Any ideas? I use 1.0.0.15 something patch and fake patch

Hi there,

I am currently experiencing a similar thing. I have created my own mini vault,

which I can enter and leave without a problem. The navmesh works as the NPC

I placed there seems to be moving about freely.

However, after moving further into the vault myself my PC freezes. I cannot

move or look about. The 'tfc' console command allows my to look around my

vault, so the game itself hasn't frozen, just my PC. Also the NPC continues to

walk about after my PC has frozen.

The settings on the cell itself are the same as the Megaton PC house, apart from

ambient lighting settings, and there are currently no scripts or quest related items

in the cell, so I cannot understand what is causing it. Maybe I have left something

out that I need to do before the cell functions properly? Any help would be greatly

appreciated. And sorry if this has been brought up else where, but this topic was

the only one I could find via search that seemed relevant.

Thanks

Rin

Alexx378, did you, by any chance, deleted any object from the game world in your esp? I have seen this happen when people indiscriminately deletes rocks and things or baseids to make way for the entrance or something similar, the result is simply, crashing.

To get rid of stuff, mark it as disabled, or set the player as enable parent and make their enabled state opposite to parent.

Hello again,

I have solved my problem and thought I'd put the solution here in case someone

else is having the same problem. It was a silly little thing really that I should have

spotted, but I had the doors in my cell set to automatic with nothing to control

them, so when I approached the door I froze :wallbash:

I hope this is the same problem you're having Alexx378, and that it helps you. It

sounds like you may have a similar problem to me in that you freeze when you

approach objects, so I would just check their settings. If thats not the case then

I hope you find a solution soon, and if I think of anything else I'll post it, though

being fairly new to GECK my knowledge is limited I'm afraid.
