Need some help with weighting armor

I currently have two armors that I have modeled, however I now need to weight them and I am not as experienced in this area (I know how to do it in the program I use, however I cannot export it). So if anyone could help me with this, or at least point me to some good tutorials, I would be very greatful. Thanks

Thanks for the link, looks like I may have to learn to use blender after all.
