pokepatrick1
I found a thread on the Minecraft forums where a person claims to have found a thread on another forums and here are their quotes. And If you don't know what the Number stations are heres a link to a video explaining it: www.youtube.com/watch?v=zZtFjtS5qxs For those of us who don't know what the Fallout 3 Numbers Station is, it's a strange easter egg located in the Fallout 3 files.Anyway, the only known variables to activate it were:1. Killing Three Dog2. Not completing the Galaxy News Radio Quest3. Destroying Raven Rock However, after a few years, I have figured out the final variables.powerful weaponary.3. You need the Lincoln Repeater. (You don't need to kill any of the people on this list with it)4. Kill the Chinese Remnants in Mama Dolce's5. Get through Fort Constantine, and attempt to launch the ICBM. (The actual weapon won't launch, so don't be alarmed if you don't notice any changes to the game world)6. Kill Harold in the Oasis Quest (fire or destroying his heart works)The final seven variables (in any order) are:1. Blow up Megaton2. Kill Fawkes immediately after Raven Rock. This is going to be quite difficult, so bring some very 7. Kill Alistair Tenpenny. If you complete the Tenpenny Tower Quest, make sure to side with Tenpenny, otherwise the Ghouls will murder the humans after a few days. After that, I found the GNR Numbers Station Radio Signal.Anyway, if you ever want to find the Numbers Station for yourself, these are the steps you have to follow. Enjoy. What do you guys think? BlackRampage
It's just creepypasta. (creepypasta: urban legends or scary stories circulating on the Internet, many times revolving around specific videos, pictures or video games. Video game "creepypasta" often involves a hacked, glitched, bootleg, or beta copy of the game, typically found in thrift shops or garage sales. They often describe gameplay changes which are particularly violent, sadistic or demonic.)

Tidus44
Read this post and then today saw almost the identical post at another forum - and this reply; The numbers station is a hoax. The PC version of the game has the GECK that allows the creation, editing or modification of any and all files for Fallout 3.The PC version and console versions of the game are identical, there is no "special" version of the game for consoles or for PCs or versions that have the "secret" morse code messages that some game versions don’t have.If this secret or special file exists, then why doesn’t someone just post the PC file so people can hear it or just tell everyone the file name (it would be a mp3 file) so they can find it and play it?Now maybe, just maybe, there are some individuals who find its just a bit more fun to tell people that they might get to hear (because there is no guarantee it will work) secret, ominous morse code messages, if they go through multiple, complex steps and place their character in the exact right locations in the game? There is at least two trustworthy web sites where the game has been taken apart using the GECK and there is no sound file or any other file in the game that contains a secret morse code signal that predicts the future or that contains some ominous messages. As for forums taking down posts where people talk about or make reference to the secret numbers stations, its not because some secret government agency is monitoring the internet to ensure no one finds out the secrets of Fallout 3 (they are monitoring for other purposes, just not specifically for Fallout 3) its because the numbers station is a hoax. Just found it somewhat of a coincidence to see two posts on two different forums about the same thing.
