zelkovaan Posted November 23, 2013 Share Posted November 23, 2013 im probably doing something really basic wrong but i installed oblivion(bought from game stop direct download so im using their game stop app if that matters) and it wont allow me to access oblivion with the mod manager it says Missing File : you are missing c:\users\tomtom\documents\data\oblivion.esm. please verify your game install and ensure c:\users\tomtom\documents\data\oblivion.esm is present. i tried moving oblivion application to my desktop, still same response i woulld appreciate any help i could get Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Something to note is that the GameStop version does not support Oblivion Script Extender (OBSE) (can't due to copyright). You'll find that often newer mods will require OBSE, thus won't work for you, but there are plenty of older mods that work fine without OBSE (and some newer ones).
