Spouse doesn't idly speak.

I heard there are different spouse reactions to the player's house so I tried moving few times, but since I moved from Breezehome my spouse no longer has any idle dialogue and only talks when clicked on. Is that normal or could some mod be behind this?

So do they have different opinions on the different houses?
Here is my BOSS log. At first it produces warnings about not having Heartfire and Dawnguard addons for UFO, now after I installed them it says they have dirty edits, I'm working on that.
