SSE How to fix: SSEEDIT "There are no modules n the data folder." ERROR

I am getting an error when running SSEEDIT 4.0.4

 

"There are no modules in the Data folder."

 

How do I manually change the game path? Can't figure out where the setting lives.

In MO2, since this is what use:

 

1. add the directory argument that points to whichever skyrim directory you want as so: argument is -d:"C:'\Steam..\Data"
