How do I restore my armor skills

I've just started playing the game again after a long break and started all over. All of my armor skills aren't at full because of a sword I used once, I think it was called the fury. I know the last character I had I had a similar problem, but I can't remember how to fix it. can anyone help?

If I recall correctly, that particular sword would lower all your armor stats by 20. Its a nice way to level up. Minus twenty on your armor, train, gain two levels. Repeat as neccessary. I would suggest getting one of them Restore Attribute Blessings, with the Fury unequipped, of course.

I agree, although I thought the sword dropped the armour skills to zero. You have to level up again by training and being hit. If your level is high enough to give decent health equip a cuirass of the kind of armour you want to train in, attract a half dozen cliff racers and go and make a cup of tea. You can do the same with slaughterfish but racers are easier to find in large numbers.

 

When that armour skill is high enough, change to a different cuirass.

Alternatively there's always the option of using the console (button to the left of the 1 key) unless of course you're playing on XBox.

 

player->setskillname amount

 

Where it says "amount" just put what your armour skill was before Fury reduced it. So for instance:

 

player->setlightarmor 85

 

Of course, doing this you won't gain all those extra levels, but it saves on time.

ok, that restore attributes blessing is what I was looking for. the sad thing is I didn't even mean to use the sword, but I activates on accident. Thanks for the help guys. But I might just retrain to level up and then the rest of them I'll use the blessing.
