Sinisister
That's a great idea. I love swimming in Oblivion, and there's a whole unexplored world out there underwater. However, it would be cool to add dolphins and mermaids/men too. Maybe an underwater quest. Octopi/Squid would probably be difficult, but wow! Kyross
I always liked the idea of seamonsters in Oblivion. I was going to make a upscaled killer slaughterfish in lake rumare real quick, because I was so traumatised by them the first time I played oblivion for the fishermans quest...We definitely need more critters down there. Hadesminion12
O.o! Hey when this is uploaded can u post the link here? Also it would be cool to have the major sea monsters like the kraken, giant eels, huge sea snakes, and maybe a loch ness monster mount or creature... The possibilities with underwater creature mods are endless, seeing as that is the one thing bethesda didn't go into, sea life. Edit: Someone should also make an underwater city like Atlantis, and either take an already made aqua race or make a new one to start out there or get a quest to go there. Just an idea :)

Sinisister
My son (12) came up with these ideas: The Lake Monster quest, takes place in a small town near Lake Canulus. The local fishermen hire you to protect them from a sea monster. When you go out on a boat, it's attacked by tentacles. You fight it off but don't kill it. A second stage would require that you find the monter's lair and kill it once and for all (I'm thinking of Beowulf here... maybe it has a mother!) Could have extensive underwater caverns for this part, with a variety of monsters. The quest reward would be a small fishing boat (a rowboat, "ridden" like a horse), and you can actually go out and catch fish with a fishing pole. A small 3-room shack for sale in town. A chance to buy into the fisherman's catches. Rideable boats, just like the horses, but only on water. A dock in every coastal city where you can buy/moor your boats. More islands to visit. Slawter500
while those are nice ideas some of them would probably require alot of work, like new animations for when your in the boat, Fishing pole sounds good to me and so does the beowulf themed sort of thing, however some one has made a topic requesting an underwater quest, maybe it would be bettter placed there. http://thenexusforums.com/index.php?showtopic=124199-link to the other topic also good luck with the sharks!
