Malinthebeast
Ive just downloaded OA and installed it correctly. However, I cant find the radio signal.Iv'e played for about 30 minutes and still no signal. So I Googled it and found out you have to be connected to LIVE for the DLC to work, but alot of the mods im using requires FOSE and FOSE disables LIVE. Is thier way around this? Akadai
Yes, it's possible. I play all 3 DLC offline. Make sure you put everything in the correct folders and are activated correctly with FOMM. There should be plenty of topics on how over the forum Make sure you're near an area that will recieve a radio signal also. I usually get the message within 1-2 minutes

Deleted54170User
I updated my FOMM copy a couple of days ago and it now has a XLive switch on the right column of buttons. To get your DLC mods you will need to go to the XLive folder in your AppData/Local/Microsoft/XLive/numbers/DLC/numbered/numbered/content and copy and paste the Anchorage.esm plus the two .BSA files to your Program Files/Bethesda/Fallout3/Data folder. I don't have it on my game machine fully restored yet so I am just aiming you in the general direction which you should be able to figure out after you look in your Users folder and find the AppData folder to start you off on the hunt for the Content folders. There is one content folder for each DLC so you wont find them packed together like in the Data folder. I recommend you leave the originals where they are so you have a good copy in the event you need them. In case, e.g., you mod a bit later on and make a mess and want to start over. You will always have a good backup that way.
