Game crashes when game loads exterior cells

I am at a loss as to why I am constantly crashing when I exit buildings. The game was working perfectly for the first 30 minutes of a new game and after entering a building and trying to exit this started to occur. Now, every time I try to exit a building I crash once the loading bar ends. I have tried reseting my oblivion.ini file, got rid of the mod that I installed prior to it messing up and messed with certain video settings I read about in other posts. I have created a new character, deleted old save files, turned off autosave, but no matter what I always crash when I try to exit a building. I don't know what you require for assistance, but I will post my load order and PC specs.

Have you rebuilt your bashed patch? And since you're using fcom all natural's ooo patch is recommended over mmm patch i think. Check its readme. And when enabling indoor weather filter for mods you did read the readme clearly didn't you? Another suggestion would be to try fixing your save using wrye bash.

Ya, I rebuilt my bashed patch whenever I disable something (re-ordering all the mods with BOSS before doing so as well). I also double checked the readme for all natural and the only thing mentioned about FCOM or OOO is that "remember you must use Wrye Bash to import the climate changes into the Bashed Patch.esp." which I believe I did. As for the enabling weather filter, if that is pertaining to the "All Natural - Indoor Weather Filter For Mods.esp" that you aren't supposed to activate, but simply import into the patch, yes I did. It's imported into the patch and has a "red dot" in place of an X in the box which I assume means I did it properly. As to the save, I don't really care for my saves since I only was into my game for roughly 10 minutes before crashes started to occur. However, I will try to fix said save incase that would prevent crashes from occurring in other saves.

Edit: It did not fix it, still crashing.

Well, I crashed once trying to exit a cave and once that happened I installed streamline. Then I tried playing again and kept crashing during the loading screen to exit the cave and I un-installed streamline since it wasn't helping. I then tried installing "Kurtee Auto Save and Time" addon because I figured it was an autosave problem. This allowed me to exit the cave, but only for a couple seconds and then I crashed. I tried creating a new character and I would crash within moments of exiting the ship. I un-installed the auto save addon and this allowed me to run around outside and go in and out of buildings just fine. However, I entered the mages guild building and tried to exit and proceeded to crash every time I tried to exit without fail.

Yup, cleaned all of them minus the ones that are required to be "dirty" to run. Also, tried defragging my hard drive in case that was an issue to no avail. It also seems like I can stand in one place and not crash outside. I use the "Main Quest Delayer" and if I just stand still outside the ship I start in I'm fine. The moment I run off the ship and onto the dock, I crash.

Sounds like missing assets. Did you remember to rename the Fran's bsa to "FCOM_Convergence_FraNewItems.bsa"? It won't load otherwise, and that would cause something like this.

edit -

Also, you need Compatibility patches to use Unique Landscapes with OOO, Open Cities, Elsweyr, and others.

The game will crash on passing through doors to the outside from inside and when fast travelling to a new location because either as eric says missing assets or a missing dependency, but in most cases because of vram burst where there is to much data for the game engine to render, usually above 1.8 gig. Similar thing happens in skyrim at 3.2 gig. The only way to fix this is to patch the oblivion exe with the 4 gig patch available as a download at ntcore.com and that is only for 64 bit operating systems. The use of oblivion stutter remover with the heap setting at above 600 in tandem with this will help, it cured all my fast travel and door bugs.
