Can't figure out visual glitch.

So I can't seem to figure out what is causing the visual glitch in the pictures. I have ruled out enb, lighting, weather, and textures.

Edit: Since I can't seem to but only load one picture the glitch is the sharp shadow. There are many of them that just pop in and out depending on how you look at them.

Is this a "blackened" area on the ground? The picture is small so it's hard to tell.

 

If so, I have read (and experienced) that if too many textures are used on landscape it can cause a blackened area. I had a similar problem and deleting some of them fixed the issue.
