LE Dark Restoration Spell and more for Vampires

Have you ever wonder Why Vampires can use the normal restoration spell, don't you think the light should damage your vampire skin?

 

My Mod Request its about to make a dark and I mean dark like black spells for Vampires, that's all I wish I can make it but I need to learn how to make mods.
