  1. Very thanks!, is just what people who really wants to learn modding needs, I find it quite annoying listening all the nonsense and intros... just to the point is better for me :)
  2. It seems this bug is from Better Vampire NPCs Better Vampires SE *(edited) I confirm those mods weren't making the problem I finally found a mod that fix vampire brown faces https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/8695
  3. Hi and welcome, I've had for long time and idea on mind for a simple althought very immersive speech mod, the idea of the mod might be simple but it seems creating it might be very complex, The idea of the mod: Every time the player interact with a NPC that have dialogue and dialogue options the player get a small ammount of speech xp increased. (It doesn't matter what dialogue option was chosen) The reason behind this idea is for a very immersive merchant-speech roleplaying. So thinking about skills as same as a mage practice spells from different schools, a warrior practice different combat skills, an archer practice archery, an alchemist study alchemy ingredients and creates potions and poisons to increase his skill, a blacksmith creates weapons and armors for level up his skill, etc., and so on all the skills and perks the game offers. For speech (or speechcraft) there are only persuade, bribe and intimidate but those options only happens in some separate cases interacting with certain NPCs and at certain contexts, there isn't a "generic" way to increase speech skill. As an example: Imagine your character runs a business or have a faction and wants to do some free advertising talking to potential customers or potential recruits or just wants to spread the voice about his business or faction, or want to increase his reputation among the people of Skyrim or just is a very talkative person who enjoys constantly being involved in all kinds of conversations and parties. Considering that, don't you think would have sense while talking and talking to people (generic dialogue from NPCs; any kind of dialogue option), through time the player would get better to express him/her self and in some indirect way improve his speech abilities? I know there is a mod very close to it name's Immersive Speechcraft, but instead of picking a specific dialogue option for increase speech, my idea is every time the player interact with the NPC for dialogue (it doesn't matter what kind of dialogue option choose), the player gets a small amout of speech xp. There are so many well made mods that adds different kinds of NPCs to interact with, some really immersive with very deep stories behind and personallities, there is a whole world to explore talking to NPCs... and talking is actually an action and have its own skill tree... I'm not sure my speech mod idea could be fully possible due game mechanics, but a modder always find a way, I know it could be possible in some way, I think it could be done by many different ways dealing with SKSE, papyrus, or any other scripting, or in the worst case even something so absurd as editing every single vanilla NPC in game... xP the important here is to make it work, it doesn't matter what is the chosen path to achieve it. I would be so thankful for your comments, some hints, tips, suggestions, modding knowledge, modding script "tag" words to find the proper scripts to deal with, etc.
  4. Hi zombie apocalypse survivalists, As a survivalist in many occasions I have found my self wandering the waste zombie land, suddenly I find a camp place, a spot hideout, etc., a place where to pass the night, sometimes such place became a secondary basement. Then I decided to leave and keep forward on my journies, I try to remember the exact location as: "the place where are tree trees and a large rock" for example, but If you travel long enough suddenly you find you forget about the exact place. As a simple suggestion would be cool to have a personal notebook, notepad, journal, to take simple notes. Sometimes the gameplay experience can be so rich in details wants me to start writing a short story journal... I know such mod it might be complex to do but I guess it can be created, it depends on the game engine and scripts. I would create such mod by myself If I could, I'm learning about coding a bit, and with time maybe I could manage on create something, but right now If someone have the knowledge to create such mod with some similar concept it would be so cool! Regards!
  5. Hi I wonder If there a way to make talk to NPCs gives xp
  6. Ah I miss it again... please keep making those screenshot-fanart kind events, I really enjoy taking some nice screenshots, sometimes the gameplay experience being inmersed into a context looks just so amazing that deserves a good screenshot to reflect and share it, sometimes to show a character, etc.
  7. New update for Skyrim SE, Steam.. The level of greediness is limitless... it can be seen at plain sight that updates for Skyrim SE are made for break "unofficial" mods, in other words to break the mod community and just have only "official pay mods working" We live times where fan communities or mod communities in this case in general are making content (of whatever topic not just video games) better than "official developers" The "official" is made just for earn money with the excuse of creating something and If there is something better than them and free the only way for them to keep the power and earning money is to ban the "unofficial" I think the best will be back to Oldrym... for mod stability purposes, I just wanted to play some TES Skyrim SE, I thought the game would be stable lol in terms of official updates... but the greediness of Beths seems is very alive... just making updates to "improve (make unofficial best mods not work) Creation C r a p C l u b of slavers paid modders"...
  8. This project looks so cool, would be nice to see some updates, what about adding Warcraft Orcs (maybe of Warcraft 1 - 2 Orcs), a kind of Invasion from Draenor to Nirn by a portal, would be so cool!!

  11. Hello, I'm Medieval (maredark3d), the games most I play and mod are Elder Scrolls and Fallout series, sincerely I'm a really fan of modding, browsing them, installing them, creating mods, or even modding the mods... I got so much joy as same as playing..., I'm just saying I really enjoy the Nexus TES community, with all what have to offer. I find really interesting for say an example: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition , the Images Tab, with all their features as seeing the image of the day, adding and sharing your own content, etc. To day I was browsing the images of Skyrim SE at Nexus and I thought about all those amazing characters and gameplay so I think by my self: "Where is the tab for fan-stories?", then I noticed the only place about Fan-stories is a small corner on the forums called Druid's Garden, though there are nice content there it is like do not have the proper attention as it should be, for example on Images Tab there are "featured pictures", options for endorsement and commenting, the ammount of viewers, etc., even have been made some Screenshots and Pictures Contests. There are a lot of good potential artists, writers, fan-creators, I know people who have created entire books of fan-fiction, with many chapters and many lorefriendly based, meaning respecting lore canons, in my opinion such content adds a lot of flavor and a large variety to the whole game universes (such as TES and Fallout for example, but could be any other game supported by Nexus modding), I think expands the game universe the same way as mods do, because every person is rich and different,as every mod creator adds a new gameplay experience, every fan-story writer adds a new deep of immersion to the games. Would be nice could be considered at least to give something to talk Regards!
  12. Hi, I just want to say the posts I made about Vortex were just for sharing my point of view, so could be helpful for some people to know why some users prefer other kind of mod managers and modding process. Never was my intention to incentive hate, but it seems some users cannot respect a point of view, not reading the whole message and making own self prejudges, I have tested the tool for days after the second post, that is why I made that post... I know the tool have features to sort the load order but I dont find them user friendly. I will not response comments about hate or own prejudges, If a person who would write such comments want to write these I feel sorry for them, because cannot see the whole picture, instead just are showing their own selfishness. Just that, regards.
  13. In response to post #70094288. #70459553 is also a reply to the same post. Hi RashadDracula, oh sorry for large delay in response, yes I can help you, I will contact you by private message
  14. I didnt made this post for "personal prejudges or child thick minds", In short I'm just saying the tool isn't good for complex Elder Scrolls or Fallout modding,
  15. Hi, maredark3d (Medieval) here, just want to share my opinion about Vortex, I was out of modding for some time (some months). The following is a kind of complain but also a recomendation, just my point of view. The games I play and mod are TES games mostly. I usually used Nexus mod manager (NMM), along with Wrye bash, TES V Edit and other tools to mod the games properly, I updated NMM and damn, destroyed my mod list and load order so bad..., the a lot of effort takes mod your games in a detailed and deep way made me wait some months until go back to remod the games properly as I wanted, also I got a new video card so it is good to make a new fresh install of everything. So I tryied this new tool with TES V Skyrim SE, the description of the tool at Nexus site is: "Vortex is the new, modern mod manager from Nexus Mods. It is designed to make modding your game as simple as possible for new users, while still providing enough control for more experienced veterans of the modding scene." So yes is designed for new users, "while still providing enough control for more experienced veterans of the modding scene" , I don't agree with that part..., the tool it self is a mess and a tedius effort to try to make every mod conflict and override properly, I understand now why the name is Vortex..., is like an automatic maelstrom of mod installation. I don't recommend it for exigent modders, just will not help to do the specific and detailed changes needed for a complex modding.
  16. ... In my opinion Vortex is for people who are starting in modding, with complex mods is a mess to use..
  17. Is just a feature of common sense, sorting the mods manually.. I have used Vortex after made this post, I've installed many mods, and tested the game Skyrim SE, I noticed the automatic load order sometimes make the game glitch, even If the I use the tool features of choosing to put the mod after or before, would be easier to sort that specific mod manually
  18. Hi, I'm quite a veteran modder, I'm of those mod people who prefer do things manually than automatically, I think this is one of the main concepts of modding, to modify the way you want something. The concept of Vortex looked cool to me, a software where is supposed you could browse, manage and sort all the mods you have installed. But I just dont get how the developers didn't added a first main basic feture of sorting the mods manually... after testing the tool by 3 minutes I tried to sort the mods manually, I noticed the only way is doing double clikck on the mod installed then in the right tab go to "Lock mod index", then "Locked to Index" and change every mod number...... An easy example, I wanted a mod to be in a specific load postion, Vortex tool sorted it at the bottom of load order "mod index" n°10, but I wanted to be after a mod "mod index" n° 09, but by some "intelligent reason" , the tool after the "mod index" n°09 start adding "mod index" numbers/letters as 0A, 0B, 0C, etc., so by that the mod with load order 10 was after all other mods what starts with with 0A, 0B, etc... The only way to fix this is changing all "mod index" numbers of each mod after n°09, those with 0A, 0B, 0C... Also would be cool If the tool had a browsing feature it self, so one could organize the mods while browse, I understand is all linked with the site, though would be cool have it in the tool itself My opinion is a good tool for do fast test of modding the game But please add a feature to sort mods manually some mods overraid others what lost features by that automatic override, so to avoid the whole changing number locations of "mod index", would be easy and more practical to avoid all that time lost and just change the mod load order manually..
  19. Ah I miss it :/. By teh way could be also fan-art screenshots I love making fan-art
  20. I have the same problem, tested it with msiafterburner and the stats of the system while play, I played for a while until my game freeze... then when I load the game put msiafterburner to see system stats and noticed the game uses the whole 100% GPU usage, that is why it freezes... also then appear as 0% GPU usage... the game just freezes for some reason, might be the software, Skyrim SE engine or SKSE SE engine or Nvidia driver engine... dont happens with other games just Skyrim SE... I really want to solve this, my video card is Geforce 1060 gtx 6g, processor: MS-7758 Intel® Core i5-3570 CPU @ 3.40GHz, i have 8g of ram, windows 10... The game looks so cool but cant enjoy it if freezes... ironically I took a screenshot of freezing zombies... if want to see the pic google me at tamtielvault tes community as Medieval search it on my profile, nexus site do not allow upload or put links :/ Some help, please if going to post something dont say "have you updated your drivers"... is the most dumbest thing to hear...
  21. Where is download to fix the thing?... just information dont help...
  22. I found the mod conflict... was this mod Reaper Souls Sword https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/39648 , the author seems Italian so mess with some language stuff, well anyone who have no Argonian and Khajiit voices see If you have this mod on your load order, uninstalling the mod solved the problem, I hope this help to anyone with same problem, and I guess this is not the only mod do a mess with races and voices so probably If this mod isnt what causes to you have no beast race voices might be another one, what I did to solve it was selecting a bunch of mod making them active and let the rest unselected, then try and try until found the conflict mod, a weapon mod is the last mod I could think have a conflict with npc voices but it was the responsible
