Maniax2 Posted November 27, 2013 Posted November 27, 2013 Have been enjoying a lot of dragonborn DLC and i still have yet to play Dawnguard but was wondering which added content experience being (official or mod) would it come as better to overall content and main quest quality, so if you played any of this listed content mods which order would you put from best to worst? If you know more that the ones i mentioned add em to your list. :) Dawnguard - Wyrmstooth - Moonpath Elsweyr - Faalksaar - etc
Georgiegril Posted November 27, 2013 Posted November 27, 2013 Dawnguard adds some nice content in the way of weapons and armor, tho imo not as nice as Dragonborn.Personally I found the main questline for DG annoying. The side quests are a bit better. However, for interesting quests I would choose either Wyrmstooth or Moonpath. Both were entertaining and to me pretty amazing in their level of creativity and attention to detail. Some people have mentioned issues with Moonpath, but I never had a problem. I think it is probably related to which mods you are running and if they are compatible.I also had to change from UFO to AFT because AFT has a patch so I could take my follower into Wyrmstooth. I never tried Falskaar, so no comments there. I also liked the Fight the Thalmor series. Very cathartic if the Thalmor bug you.

Interesting to know guess ill put aside Dawnguard and concentrate on Wyrmstooth and Moonpath , from those two which one did you enjoyed more?
Georgiegril Posted November 27, 2013 Posted November 27, 2013 They are very different. It's hard to say which I liked more.If you have a fondness for Khajiit, or are interested in visiting a very different type of environment I'd go with moonpath.Wyrmstooth is a larger area with more to do, and very cleverly put together, but more in the style of Skyrim environmentally.
Maniax2 Posted November 27, 2013 Author Posted November 27, 2013 Hey im all up for new scenarios , this moonpath sounds interesting although i heard is a bit short...but on the other hand wyrmstooth is more massive. now if only i could get a faalksar opion compared to this other mods...
calfurius Posted November 28, 2013 Posted November 28, 2013 hmm Faalskaar is mine. The sidequests and story really do keep you interested. I have Dawnguard and Dragonborn but i've yet to complete their story's.

TyrantCold Posted November 28, 2013 Posted November 28, 2013 (edited) I want to try Wyrmtooth but it conflicts with some mods I have :/ Anyways Between Dawnguard and Dragonborn I prefer Dawnguard. (SPOILER ALERT!!!) I feel it's so unique ,I mean come on you fight in an ice palace with frozen enemies, fight 2 Dragons that dive in the freaking sea, go to beautiful places like the that place where you gather the moths, damn that was one of the most romantic moments with Serana and me :D plus Serana ofc the most diverse and interesting npc in Skyrim! (/END OF SPOILER ALERT!!!) Also have you guys played Undeath? It's an awesome mod that let's you become a lich :D :D Edited November 28, 2013 by Dark_Warrior
TyrantCold Posted November 28, 2013 Posted November 28, 2013 It is kinda hard though and you need to be veeery careful reading all the notes/books you find or else you might be like dying a LOT. xD But the story and the rituals etc are high quality and very worth the deaths you ll get :P
