Something breaking Operation Anchorage

I have just started the Op.Anch DLC for the second time and something is off. I ran through it before without a problem. I have since added some mods and cannot figure out what the problem is. When I first come upon the entrance (the lift down) I see some big red boxes, one where the lift is and two more up high above the lift. The switch is floating just out of reach, so I tcl to enter. Once inside, everything is messed up if I dont just crash immediately. I have tried disabling mods one by one with no success. Any clues? Thanks.

 

Edit: I have tried the Fook hotfix, archive invalidation, and reapplying Fook retextures, no success so far. Also tried posting the question on Fookunity but that site just seems to hate me as I always time out or load endlessly.

Don't know if that'll sort your problem, but it'll help with general stability.
