Lexxiechan
Hi, I know this topic has been raised before here However I think my issue is sufficiently different to warrant its own topic. I have: lots of mods (too many to list), and I have the 1.4 patch. I experienced similar problems when I had the 1.5 patch, but that was solved (thank you to the people who said to uninstall the game and reinstall, but use the 1.4 patch! :thanks: ). I've played the game for a while now.... but once again the same problem arises, can someone help please?
Maxunit
I had this problem as well. I fixed it the following way: Re-Install Fallout 3 with Patch 1.5 and installed FO3Edit and applied the MasterUpdate to all my active plugins. You have to install FOMM for that as well, mark all your plugins as active in FOMM and then run the MasterUpdate feature from FO3Edit. As stated, this fixed all my problems. Sometimes it still crashes, but only when I save the game with quicksave. This is still a problem, which is not fixed regarding mods, which are not fully 1.5 compatible, but this problem occurs rarely.
daftshadow
Same thing happens to me but it only seems to occur at certain areas throughout the world. I have quite a few mods installed; mostly cosmetic changes, new equipment, and texture updates. And I have patch v1.5 installed. This is the only problem I am experiencing. Maxunit
I noticed some crashes in certain areas like at the Robco facility near Canterbury Commons. Some mods still cause CTD's with 1.5, but using FO3Edit with the MasterUpdate feature really solves most of them. Bethsoft, please update the game...
