Alastair91 Posted February 9, 2010 Share Posted February 9, 2010 There's no mod that allows you to have 360 degree view (I'm assuming what you meant was like oblivion camera). You can actually turn your view by holding down middle mouse key and then rotating. As for the melee, not so popular for mods but you can try this : http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10856 Get some of the DLC's, they have awesome melee weapon like axe and chain-blades.
