I don't think that's a retexture of the chinese stealth suit... the chest and the boots are not from the same .nif, it looks like something tailor maid made

its a soundpack... a female voice tells you when you use VATS, start-finish quests, get hurt etc etc

Hey all, I'm really not sure if this is actually a mod or not, but see the "mask" or "helmet" or whatever you want to call it in this picture:

Any idea where to get it from? I have the feeling it was something official, but I can't remember -_-
