Whoever drew that is doing it wrong. Not only is it mechanically incorrect given that actually stuffing a turkey doesn't go in the neck hole (since this would be too small to cram full of bread, herbs, and berries), but from a thematic standpoint is also backwards since TSA agents don't do cavity searches by asking you to open your mouth wide while they reach in. If you're going to make a body cavity search joke, you should do it right. If it were to be inappropriate to have that be the focus of a comic printed in the newspaper, then you shouldn't have done it in the first place.
