sonnhy
Use BOSS and TES5EDIT (Boss before Tes5Edit), you can find them on NexusThen report back what you get from each other (dirty edits, errors and thing like that)
Skateboards
I've heard that Grass on Steroids and RealVision are incompatible. To elaborate on sonnhy's reply, BOSS will automatically sort your load order, which should stop your crashing. If using BOSS doesn't solve the crashing, you must download and install TES5Edit.Once you open TES5Edit, let it automatically detect your active plugins and then hit okay. It should get an error. The error message you should find will be one for a missing master, which means that a plugin that one of your plugins relies on is not in your load order.Just install whatever is missing, run BOSS again, and you should be fine. :)

Leathlobhair
First, let's tackle the problem with your Skyrim Launcher not finding anything. Provided you have a legit copy purchased through Steam... 1. Go to your Steam library, right click Skyrim, click properties.2. Click the Local Files tab (3rd from the left) and click Verify Integrity of Game Cache. That will run for a while, let it finish. THEN Find out where you installed BOSS to, because there's an executable (.exe) that you have to run. Don't worry, it's automated. Just find the BOSS.exe, double-click and sit back. When it's done, it will open a browser page with a report. After you do all that, try running Skyrim again, let us know what happens.
Skateboards
Make sure you have your ini files too, BOSS won't detect Skyrim if you don't have Skyrim.ini and SkyrimPrefs.ini installed.
