I got the discs for free, dopn't cost much to ship them in the mail, thoug if your sending it form another country there is the fee of Air-mail.........but its just a thoguht really. And I believe its illegal to sell others products without their consent, so that is why that other place I've mentioned does it for free.

Let's make an estimate here.

Out of the 2.5Gb of mods, roughly 30% are no good. (The count is possibly higher, but I'm feeling good today.)

Boom, now there's only 1.75gb of mods to worry about.

Out of the 1.75gb of mods, I'll weed out 10% due to any mods that are similar in some way.

Boom. 1.575gb of mods.

Let's just use that figure for further references.

1.575gb is roughly 2 normal cd's which will have to be burned and mailed for every person who requests them, or in other terms: 1.575gb of bandwidth saved for every request.

My question to you is: Who on earth has the need to download 1.575gb of mods?

A friend ofmine tested it out and you can only run about 200 mods while playing Morrowind without it getting all crappy and laggy and such. The absolute maximum is 250 I believe. Thats not very many mods considered to MWSummit, who has over 3500 mods (If I'm remembering correctly). I dont know the count of mods for TESSource.

MW Summit has been reviewing it's mods and presumably deleting a fair number. When I last looked they had reduced the mod database from 3800 to 2600. Haven't checked it lately though. But many mods are similar (goodness knows how many are houses in Balmora!). You would be unable to play them all because of conflicts.

Yes, but, unless you have dialup (and if he does, then we might as well all just shut up.), its going to take the same amount of time, maybe even more, for someone to download all the mods on their computer (even on cable) then the time it takes to burn to CD's, which I know isnt done in seconds. After that, there is the mailing preperations. Then (depending on who is doing it), the mailing time. It too me 4 days to mail a package from TraverseCity, Michigan to Witchita, Kansas. If someone in England (Dark0ne for example) does it for you, then you also have overseas travel, which will obviously cost more (If you live in the US). I'm guessing that it would take the same time and money to do it yourself, but as I said, if you have dailup, and you're willing to pay the person, then I say go for it.
