try to alter your load order. there are some mistakes, mods incompatibilities, etc.

 

For example:

 

RRCompanionVault i think is still not compatible with enclave commander

where is your mmm esm file?

you use FWE Compatibility - FOOK.esp file, but no FWE core files...

you can't use both EnclaveCommander.esp and EnclaveCommander-OA.esp

 

etc...

... other mods you are using... (tenpenny, dogmeat, etc..)

 

check correctly RRCompanionsVault readme for clues about incompatibility. i personally don't use this mod (its not about the mod, i don't use any alternater player HQ mods...), so i can't help you with it

 

and finally - with 1.5 official patch, you will definitely encounter some problems with mods - for further info, check forums here. there is plenty info about it and how to solve it (FO3Edit way...)

First, now your mod load order works correctly? In the new load order, all your mods except are not checked [x], so they are unused. If you have trouble with launching/loading/saving the game (i assume you are using 1.5 patch, so there will be definitely problems with mods, except you use some of the workaround ways, either to resolve persistency, or using fake patch with unofficial patch)

 

Small guide :)

1) Either reinstall game with 1.0.0.35 patch, latest Fake patch, which "fakes" 1.5 patch, for the game with 1.0.0.35 be compatible with Broken steel, Unofficial F3 patch, which solves 1.0.0.35 bugs and BSA manager to load all your DLC .bsa files (that patch 1.0.0.35 doesn't loads automatically)

or use official 1.5 and FO3edit in masterupdate mode (guide in the FO3edit description at previous link)

or use another method for solving mods errors in 1.5 described HERE.

 

2) Ensure, you have all necessities, including FOSE (which is needed e.g. for DarN's UI or Enclave Commander).

 

3) Start with few main mods, to be sure they are correctly installed, i suggest you something like this:

- this load order contains all necessary basic files (files with basic features) for FOOK, FWE, MMM, EC and WMK mods (with FOIP support), and DarN's UI, put together in correct load order (that is working at least for me :D )

- notice, that you should use Enclave Commander - OA, if you have Operation Anchoreage DLC

- you HAVE TO lauch F3 using FOMM and "Run FOSE" button with this load order

- try to play a while with this setup, visit different locations, try some DLC ones too, to check it's stable and without "red exclamation marks", ensuring you installed everything correctly

- then add some other mods, best way is to add only few at once, to see if they are working too (i don't use the ones you posted, so i can't provide any clues about them)

 

4) try to add RR mods. I've noticed, new EC-FOOK patch was released yesterday @ RR nexus page, so check it aou :) maybe i'll try to add this mod into my compilation too, in few days

hell aparently even X-BOX users are suffering from this problem!

 

I'm at my wits end with this garbage, first they have the game kill you at the end, then they add a new DLC that lets you live but kills the game...

hm, maybe your crashing issues have nothing to do with mods then :( what mod setup do you use?

 

of course i have crashes too... but not as much as before, since i'm carefull with adding new mods...

ok - there are some mistakes in your load order. don't know if it can be connected to your crashes somehow, but it's possible... some of your mods are in wrong load order, and some basic are missing (like mart's mutants esm and esp files...) from the list below, i have removed mods i have no experience with, so try it this way, and check if there are still some crashes...

 

i would suggest following:
