Doc Mitchell not responding to player input

So I've been playing with my absolutely silly amount of mods for a bit now, and I just completed the DEIMOS quest mod, and I'm super crippled, so I fast-travel back to Goodsprings. I limp over to the good doctor's house, Niner in tow, only for the loading screen's roulette wheel to be replaced by pink squares. This throws a flag in my head, but not so much as the fact that, once the house loads, the floor texture is twenty-seven kinds of messed up, with squares in the floor having all different types of textures, none of them being the right one. Writing it off as a graphical bug, I go to talk to Doc, but neither regular talking nor the Quick Trade mod seem to work. I then tried hitting the escape key, but the menu failed to appear, so I had to kill the game using Windows Task Manager.

 

Does anyone have any idea what is going on here or how to fix it?
