"The mod you are trying to edit doesn't exist." when trying to change image description

I just want to change the description of the screenshots of my mod, but when I try it says:

 

The mod you are trying to edit doesn't exist.

 

How does the mod not exist if i just downloaded and used its file 5 minutes ago and the mod page is right in front of me?
