TenthLegion
So I am using Skyrim Performance Monitor and I am currently not using any extra texture overhauls like SMIM or Skyrim 4K. I am running it on "Ultra" with 2x AA. I am getting (what I think to be) high readings like 1900+ MB on RAM and 1700+ MB on VRAM. is this normal or high load? I'm currently using a Nvidia Geforce 670 4 GB card and have 8 GB of Corsair Vengeance memory. Neither of which is over clocked. What types of loads are normal and which are in the high or danger range? ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED THANK YOU GUYS!
Georgiegril
That seems about right to me.Are you having problems? Skyrim's game engine has a 3.1 GB hard memory limit, but you appear well under that.
TenthLegion
No actually, not so far. Only problems I am having is occasionally when i first boot up skyrim and load a save it crashes, but i try again and its fine from then on XD. I had a lot of trouble a while back but I bought a new rig so I am tryign to get a baseline for what normal use numbers are.
