What I have tried so far:
  • Switching browsers (using Google Chrome currently, switched to Firefox)
  • Going incognito
  • Disabling AD block
  • Downloading via manager AND manually
  • Changing download server in settings (Only tried ones in the EU)

Could you please try all download servers and share the download speeds with us?

Please note that the download speed limit for free users without ad block has been raised to 3MB/s so the fact you're getting less than that at the moment shows that it's not a speed cap that's the problem.

Thank you. Unfortunately this confirms my suspicion that your speeds are poor across the board on all our servers located around the world. That implies that the issue is down to how your ISP is routing your traffic, which is, unfortunately, out of our control. I would suggest raising this issue with them.
